So is the problem. For two years now everyone has come out to support this bill, yet somehow the General Assembly has continued to fall short. The Speaker of the House made this his #3 priority when asking for Sierra Club and Clean Water Action’s endorsement in last year’s election. All that is expected this year is just another band-aid solution.
