Don’t hold back, Bob. Let us know how you really feel.

Seriously, I too am looking forward to Gemma being a “news” story of the past. To your “dirtiest” and “lowest” I would add irresponsible, reckless, slanderous and deceitful with an extra helping of homophobic bigotry on the side.

I agree. Gemma is a total clown. Please go away. Your plumbing company is a rip off, your media buying company is a joke, and you sir, are a jackass.

Great post, Bob. Hatred is not a good reason to run for office.

Well, AG lost, but in all likelihood will not endorse DC.  He may in fact throw his support to BD in the hopes that a Republican win will “open” the seat in the 2014 Dem primary season.  It’s not a particularly edifying prospect, but one that is keeping with standard political practice, and not only in Rhode Island.  I always thought that, at bottom, AG was a Republican anyway and, like a good many of his fellow “Democrats,” chose the road of political opportunism by running under that party’s banner. DC is one of the most progressive Dems in the Congress, and I hope he prevails in the general election in November.
