    What’s missing in this post? 
    David Cicilline will not win because voters do not trust him.  There is no way to rebuild that bridge in 4-6 months.  This is over.

    Poll after Poll shows that over 80% of Rhode Islanders don’t approve of Cicilline.  He is unelectable.  Progressives need to refocus their efforts on promising candidates.
    This has nothing to do with losing inevitability as an incumbent.  Cicilline lost this because he lied over and over again about Providence’s finances.

    Frankly Gemma is the real right winger here.  I was pleased when he lost last time and I will NEVER give him my vote.
