On February 1 the RIPTA‘s planned elimination of the no-fare bus pass goes into effect. As in the past two years, Governor Gina Raimondo, Senate President M Teresa Paiva Weed and Speaker of the House Nicholas Mattiello used the event to let the public know how deeply each was committed to social justice and the elimination of poverty in our state.
