CLF made the request after it came to light that Invenergy had secured a deal to truck water in from Fall River through Benn Water, a pool filling company.

Fall River identified as Invenergy’s backup water source

The City of Fall River, Massachusetts has entered into an agreement with Invenergy to supply water to cool the turbines of its proposed $1 billion fracked gas and diesel oil burning power plant aimed at the heart of the forests of northwest Rhode Island.
