    It should be noted that RIPR alleges this person arrested has greatly overstayed his visa and was also involved in evading state cigarette taxes. While everyone is surely entitled to due process, is the ACLU saying people should be free to ignore visa conditions and violate tax laws without consequences if they are “undocumented”? Don;t we have an interest in upholding the “rule of law?”
