    fwiw I think the Washington Park Neighborhood Association did exist sometime before 2004 when I moved to the neighborhood. I remember neighbors talking about the group meeting in the old Bennys, now the Turning Point facility. I think it’s safe to say that were it still around the group would have been organizing against this proposal.
