    Mayor Baldelli-Hunt is Gina Raimondo’s lapdog. Setting up these meetings before the new Council was sworn in. She is learning how to screw constituents by putting private corporate interest and the intersection of same with her own (their) political ambition, FIRST. Niland is the perfect smarm master to be the meat in that sandwich.
