    Tom, this bothered me too.  But the NY Times is now saying that NY and CA are joining in on the settlement.

    Little Rhody cannot fight Wall Street on its own.  I’ve been following this settlement through all of the innuendo and half-truths for months now.  

    Maybe we should reserve the damning until this is all worked out.

    I will be volunteering and donating the maximum amount, and will get my friends and family to volunteer and donate the maximum amount to get Kilmartin out of office.

    If there is one thing progressives should do in this state, it is to show politicians that putting banks before citizens is indefensible.

    I look forward with glee to his ouster.
