    Tax breaks for millioniares is just plain stupid, and real estate tax breaks for millionaires is even stupider as all it does in create further economic inequality, thereby undermining the future prosperity of the ocmmunity. Tax breaks for fossil fuels ranks as among the stupides t things on the planet. But city governments are fools, they think tx breaks for the rich help, when all it does is undercut communities
