"We must take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” - Elie Weisel

“If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor." - Desmond Tutu

"There comes a time when neutrality and laying low become dishonorable. If you’re not in revolt, you’re in cahoots. When this period and your name are mentioned, decades hence, your grandkids will look away in shame." - David Brooks

Apparently Invenergy and their hordes of lawyers didn’t devote a hell of a lot of time on due diligence before signing this “agreement”.

Doesn’t matter who signed the agreement from the NIT. They will be paid a 1 time lump sum of money regardless if the deal goes through. I think its a diversion tactic. Get everyone all fired up about the Narragansetts, pit brother vs brother and all the while no one is paying attention to the 2nd source of backup water they specify as a municipality capable of treating 26 million gallons of water per day.

This volume of water of treatment ability points to a large community with a treatment plant. Get your investigators moving, be on the look out in Pawtucket, Fall River or Worcester. That’s where I’m guessing this “redacted” confidential source is. I think Fall River should be suspect. Look at their water division, fits the description pretty closely!

This is a diversion tactic and everyone is buying into it. No one is making noise about the redacted backup supplier.
