My gut tells me that the NEARI supports R.I. Future, at least in part.

Which would be OK, albeit debatable on the merits, if it were done outfront.

There seems to be some obfuscation on this point. (Forgive me. I’m not up on the details.)

    So, remedy it, Bob.

Is a blog that pretty much consistently touts Taveras as a “progressive” supported by monies from public school teachers?

The answer should be pretty straightforward; that is, if it’s honest and legitimate.

What the heck; take a chance and state the truth.

    That Smile

    He’d seen that smile before
He knew it, just couldn’t place it.
The teeth, in profile, in the quarter-open mouth,
    silver and all.

Had he seen it in the diner,
    amid laughter and conversation?

    Not likely.
    Too real; too here.

But, he had seen it before,
eating pulp out of an orange,
    washing the rind
    under cold water.
