Mark Binder is the independent candidate for House District 4. This is his second run against the Speaker of the House.

He ran for Congress in 2004. He is also Editor in Chief at Light Publications, a fiercely independent publishing house specializing in fiction and adventurous political thought.

    Mark, you actually believe that giving the elderly, disabled, or poor rides to the polls is harmful and that those voters don’t care as much as (I can assume) East Side liberals do when they drive their Audis to the polling location? You kind of lost me there. I think you’ve got it exactly reversed.
