I heard that the Brown Poll doesn’t include cell phone numbers either, so if you have dropped your land line you are out of the sample. This is most of the Collins campaign staff and I suspect a lot of your viewers. What is their margin of error and sample size?

Also there is no weight being given to social media activity, the nascent Collins campaign has rocked the virtual works but like Riley’s comment, the blogosphere doesn’t count to them or apparently to pollers models either.

Finally, there has been a whisper campaign smearing Abel (mostly on the viability issue) and a internet smear going on – all during their polling time.

I think Abel will garner more than 10% but after the primary polls being 12 points off, why should this metric be considered?

Really, if he is on the ballot he should be in the debate. That’s the fair way. In this case the WPRI issue generated over 700 by this AM, 500 people signed to put him on the ballot, the Green Party and Matson endorsed him which represents 25K TO 35K voters in CD2- where is the justice in censoring their candidate in a televised public forum?

WJAR’s transparency gives them journalistic credibility.  We should remember that these stations are allowed to use public property: a section of bandwidth, because they perform a public service: journalism.  Does WPRI deserve this privelege?
