Put another way, it would be a net loss to Rhode Island should the team decide to relocate to another state, because we earn more revenue from the team than it would cost state taxpayers in subsidies.

Invenergy got a lot of bang for their buck. The company got the resolution they wanted from the town council passed and the Keable/Fogarty bill was defeated in the General Assembly.

Clean Water Action seems to have a process to endorse candidates, but their endorsements lack any teeth when it comes to holding elected officials accountable.
