After a grand jury acquitted police officer Darren Wilson for killing Michael Brown, protests – some violent – broke out in Ferguson, Missouri, where the incident happened in August. Other actions occurred across the country with protests and clashes with the police in New York, Oakland, Seattle and Chicago, among other cities.
